Nighthawk Brewery & Pizza was formed as a strategic partnership between Aslin Beer Company, The Wave Group, and Chef Johnny Spero. Aslin is a powerhouse local brewing company with 5 beers that have made the top 250 in the world. The Wave Group is a hospitality collective made up of local operators Scott Parker, Jon Rennich, Gary Koh, and Lee Smith. These two groups along with Johnny have partnered to bring you Nighthawk Brewery & Pizza.

Nighthawk Brewery & Pizza serves Classic Hand Tossed Style pies as well as our super-thick Detroit squares for those pizza lovers that like something a little bigger to bite into.. Great for sharing with friends accompanied by a freshly brewed Nighthawk beer. But we don't stop there, we also serve some great starters, sandwiches and savory desserts.
Chef Johnny Spero
Born and raised in Baltimore County, Johnny started working in restaurants at 16. From American bistros to the best restaurants in the world, he's done it all. Johnny would often describe himself as trashy but classy so you'll find a lot of that on the menu. Johnny and his team at Reverie, his restaurant in DC, were awarded a Michelin star this year.
